The Division of Liberal Arts offers summer online classes to all students. This is a great opportunity for students
tracking behind in their academic progress to catch up with their cohort and/or improve
their academic standing!
Students may register for summer online courses as well as for the fall term during
their registration period beginning April 1. Below is the notification students received
from the Registrar’s Office which outlines all registration information.
If you need assistance with course planning, please reach out to your advisor before
your registration date.
Students interested in taking courses at other institutions over the summer (or at
any time) to transfer into UNCSA must have approval for the course(s) to have it considered
for transfer credit. Please see your DLA Advisor for the related request form.
Additionally, the UNC System offers UNCSA students the opportunity to take a variety
of foreign language courses online over the summer and during the fall and spring
semesters. Students who are enrolled at UNCSA can cross-register for and take the
courses online as UNCSA students — the credits will automatically transfer without the need for transfer credit approval.

offered and other details.
