We are asking each member of the UNCSA community to vote for the theme they would
like to see for the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) by completing a short survey that
can be accessed using the button below.

You can elect to enter a randomized drawing for one of five $50 gift cards by entering your email after completing the survey.
The QEP Selection Committee identified five themes for the direction of the QEP. A
full description for each theme — including objective, rationale, data evidence, and ties to the strategic plan and
potential project executions — is linked below.
