Health plan premium rates reflected in December payroll
Please be advised that the updated State Health Plan premium rates will be reflected in this December payroll cycle, as premiums are paid one month in advance. December 2025 pays for January 2026.
We encourage all employees to review their pay stubs for accuracy. You can access your pay stubs in E-Z Arts Employee Self-Service.
If you notice any discrepancies or have questions regarding your Health deduction, please contact the HR/Benefits Office.
