Below is the schedule for the UNCSA NextStage: Industry Connections 2026.

Friday, February 6, 2026
Guest Check-In
12-12:45 p.m. EST
Industry Guests, proceed directly to a check-in table. Following that, use this time to find your table and mingle with other Industry Guests and UNCSA Design & Production Faculty. The location of your table can be found in the Floor Plan section of the website, on Remo, or next to your organization name on the Industry Guest page. Please feel free to direct questions to your Check-In Volunteer.
This part of the event is for Industry Guests and Faculty only.
Welcome Meeting
12:45-1:15 p.m. EST
For the Welcome Meeting, there will be a brief welcome from the Dean’s Office, a review of procedures, and a Q&A session.
This part of the event is for Industry Guests and Faculty only.
Graduating Students Session
1:30-3 p.m. EST
The purpose of this session is for Industry Guests and graduating students to speak and learn about one another’s work and goals. At this event, Remo, the virtual convention center, will be set up with a table for each Industry Guest. Graduating students move from table to table to get to know different Industry Guests.
This event is for Industry Guests, Faculty, and Graduating Students only.
Break
3-3:30 p.m. EST
All Students Session
3:30-5 p.m. EST
The purpose of this session is for Industry Guests and all of our Design & Production students to speak and learn about one another’s work and goals. As with the previous event, Remo, the virtual convention center, will be set up with a table for each Industry Guest. Students move from table to table to get to know different Industry Guests.
This event is for Industry Guests, Faculty and ALL Students.
Student Sign Ups
5-7 p.m. EST
After Industry Guests have had the chance to sign up students for one-on-one sessions, we will release any remaining slots to students so they can sign up.
Industry Guests, please check your sign-up page on Saturday morning as you might have more booked slots than Friday night.

Check-In
10:45 a.m. EST
Industry Guests, please log in to Remo by 10:45 a.m. and proceed directly to a check-in table to let us know you have arrived.
Individual Sessions #1
11 a.m. - 2 p.m. EST
During this time, there will be a schedule of twenty minute sessions. Each of these will be followed by a 5-minute break. The Industry Connections team will run a clock to help keep the schedule. If students or Industry Guests do not have enough time with someone, please reach out directly to schedule more.
Break
2-3 p.m. EST
