Where can I learn more about the graduating students?

Each department has a page that you can find to the left of this accordion under Graduating Students. Students are organized by major. On each programs page you will find a photo, brief bio, email, and a link to their website or digital portfolio which will include their resume.

How can I schedule interviews/meet non graduating students?

Students can schedule individual sessions with Industry Guests starting later in the day. Industry Guests can also sign these students up as they meet them. If Industry Guests are looking for students who want summer work or semester long internships, we recommend emailing the faculty (through the Our Concentrations page) and letting them know.

Where can I learn more about the different programs and contact the faculty?

Please visit the Our Concentrations page. There you will find a brief description of each program, links to more information as well as a list of faculty and links to their emails. In addition, faculty can often be found in the first floor lounges during the event. During the meet and greet on Day #1 of the event, you will also have the chance to mingle with faculty if you so desire.

Where can I learn more about the Industry Guests?

Please visit the Industry Guests page to learn more about the companies, freelance artists, and other organizations who will be attending the event.

How do Industry Guests schedule individual sessions with students?

Throughout the first part of Day #1, Industry Guests will meet students at the Graduating Students Session. Use this time to book individual sessions with the students that you would like to speak to and sign them up on your Signup Genius page. Please view the Signup Genius through the link you were sent via email.

Students will gain access to the Signup Genius after 3 p.m., and then they will be able to schedule any open slots Industry Guests have left. There will likely be more booked slots Saturday morning than there were Friday night. Please check Signup Genius early on Saturday to account for this.

If Industry Guests did not get to speak with a student they wanted to meet with, please feel free to reach out to schedule time outside of the event.

To view a video on how to navigate SignUpGenius follow the below link.

Video tutorial.

How do students sign-up for individual sessions?

Graduating students will receive access to the SignUp Genius to meet with companies between 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Day #1. Before that, please speak to Industry Guests that you would like to meet with and discuss booking a time for Day #2.

All other students will receive access to the SignUp Genius at 5 p.m.

If students did not get to speak with an Industry Guest they wanted to meet with, please feel free to reach out to schedule time outside of the event.
