All positions in the division report functionally to the General Counsel, but each has a dotted line reporting to the Chancellor, and the Board of Trustees (BOT), where applicable. The reporting reflects the fundamental fact that direct access to the Chancellor and BOT must be provided for reporting certain risks to the institution.
