Legal Affairs

The mission of Legal Affairs is to facilitate creativity and innovation at UNCSA while balancing and preserving opportunities inherent in risks. The General Counsel fulfills this mission by providing legal and risk management advice, as well as higher education counsel, to the Chancellor, Board of Trustees, university administrators, faculty, and staff who are acting on behalf of UNCSA.
