Online FERPA Release via Proxy Access

Students wanting to release non-directory information to parents/guardians, referred to as proxies, do so online via their E-Z Arts account. This serves as the online FERPA Release.

Students can allow parents or guardians view-only access to their:

• unofficial academic transcript
• grades
• schedule of classes
• account summary for charges
• financial aid

Proxies will be emailed instructions for accessing a separate, secure online portal and how to finish setting up their log in account. The parent/guardian logs in to their portal to view the information to which the student has granted them access.  Students can revoked access at any time via the their E-Z Arts Account.
