Hayden Eaton

Hayden Eaton is originally from the small town of Goldsboro, North Carolina. At the age of ten, she began her journey in dance at Studio 33 Dance Company. She has studied various styles of dance, with a particular inclination towards contemporary dance. For Hayden, contemporary movement has become a pathway for her to express, explore, and discover who she is and who she hopes to be. Not only this, but teaching and choreographing contemporary dance is one of her highest passions.

Currently, Hayden is training at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where she is set to receive her BFA in Contemporary dance in May of 2027. At UNCSA, Hayden has had the opportunity to learn from a talented range of artists and professors, including Brenda Daniels, Sean Sullivan, Abby Yager, Ming Lung-Yang, Emily Nicolaou, Kate Jewett, Misha Tchoupalov, and Jared Redick.

Hayden has performed a wide scope of repertory work including: Trisha Brown’s Set and Reset/Reset, staged by Abby Yager; José Limon’s A Choreographic Offering, staged by Sean Sullivan; Pascal Rioult’s Bolero, staged by Sara Seager; and Rena Butler’s Symphony of Cracks. These experiences have helped shape her stage presence and expand her understanding of contemporary choreography and performance.

When Hayden isn’t dancing, she finds joy in family, nature, baking, and exploring the world of coffee.
