Jesslynn has primary interest in sound design for all entertainment purposes and editing for film. Jess’ first show officially designing for UNCSA was the 2025 fall production of "Elliot, A Soldier’s Fugue," she has learned live moving image skills for the School of Filmmaking along with sound film editing through her sound curriculum.
Previously, she head engineered for drama production "Fefu & Her Friends" and mixed the fall 2024 musical, "The Wild Party." Jesslynn has worked on many entertainment mediums, including live theatre, film, & small scale drag performances through clubs at UNCSA; she enjoys working alongside others that come up with out of the ordinary ideas and stay enthusiastic about the work they do.
Jess hopes to work in an environment that continues to fuel collaboration and pushes the boundaries to what normal is, reaching audiences that are not the main stream crowd.
