Hazard Mitigation Survey
The University of North Carolina System is working to reduce its vulnerability to
disasters, and your input is important to us. Campus officials are currently updating
the hazard mitigation plan for each university in the system.
This plan identifies and assesses potential risks to campuses and outlines strategies
to minimize and manage them. Once completed, it will serve as a blueprint to help
each campus reduce the impacts of future hazard events, protecting students, faculty,
and staff while preserving campus facilities.
This survey gives you an opportunity to share your perspectives and take part in the
planning process. Your feedback will help us better understand community concerns
and guide mitigation efforts that can lessen the effects of future hazards.
