easily connect with the Benefits Service Center when needed, we would like to provide
a reminder of your official communication channels. Please take a moment to review
the information below and add the approved email addresses to your safe sender list
to help prevent important messages from being routed to your spam or junk folder.
How to contact the Benefits Service Center
For the fastest service, submit your benefits questions or requests through the University's Benefits Service Center ServiceNow Online portal:

How to ensure you receive important email communications
To ensure you receive important updates regarding your benefits, please whitelist or mark the following senders as safe:
- Benefits enrollment communications are sent from COMPASS, the UNC System's Benefits Enrollment Platform (no-reply@empyreanbenefits.com)
- Service Requests via the Online Portal are sent from uncsys@service-now.com
