Band Together

Band Together summer day camps provide comprehensive music education opportunities to students in rising grades 7 through 9, designed to foster strong music individual and ensemble skills and develop leadership potential.

Students may register for one to two weeks of instruction meeting Monday-Friday on the campus of UNCSA between July 21 and August 1, 2026. Scholarship opportunities are avaialble.

Sample Daily Schedule

8:30 – 8:45 AM	Arrival and set up
9:00 – 9:50 AM	Full Band (warm up, scales, and repertorie)
10:00 – 10:40	Musicianship and Ear Training
10:50 - 11:50	Sectionals
11:50 - 12:30	Lunch Break
12:30 – 1:10	Basic Piano skills
1:10 – 2:30	Music Theory Classes
2:40 - 3:30	Full Band (repertoire)
3:30 - 4:00	Dismissal/Pickup

Cancellations

$50 non-refundable deposit due at registration:check or credit card. Students who have not paid the deposit will be marked as waitlisted until the deposit is paid.
Student withdrawal after May 31: no refunds

In the event a program is cancelled by UNCSA, payments will be refunded in full.
