Academy Award-winning actor Troy Kotsur to speak at UNCSA commencement, May 18

Troy Kotsur, whose groundbreaking role in "CODA" (2021) made him the first Deaf male actor to win an Academy Award, will speak at the High School and University Commencements of UNCSA, Chancellor Brian Cole has announced.
