Application Details

Admission offers are made on a rolling basis and students are enrolled in the order of their completed application/audition, acceptance to the program, and meeting payment deadlines until program and residence hall spaces are full.

Complete an application and submit audition materials via the application link.  Summer Drama Intensive faculty and Community and Summer Programs staff review materials and enable registration for accepted students within two weeks of receiving the completed application and audition upload.  The deadline for auditions is April 1, 2027.  Applying early is highly recommended. The Drama Summer Intensive is likely to reach capacity well before the audition deadline. 

 

Audition Requirements

Acting Track 

Applicants should upload an artistic resume to a sharable folder (such as Google Drive or One Drive) and combine two contrasting monologues into a single video no more than 2.5 minutes in total length to Vimeo or YouTube.  Copy both links into your application. 

Musical Theatre Track

Applicants should upload an artistic resume to a sharable folder (such as Google Drive or One Drive) and upload a single video containing an approximately 32-bar cut of a song from musical theater repertoire and a contemporary monologue to Vimeo or YouTube. Total video length should be no more than 2.5 minutes. Copy both links into your application.
