Departmental Purchases Timeline:

All departmental technology purchases must be completed before the end of the fiscal year. Software can be still be ordered.

Deadline to purchase:

• Departmental computers (Dell or Apple) is May 1, 2023.
• App, peripheral and other technologies orders is May 15, 2023.

These deadlines will allow IT to process your end of the year purchases before the close of the fiscal year. Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the vendors' stock levels.
