Gender Violence Prevention and Survivor Advocate

In the role of Coordinator or Gender Violence Prevention and Survivor Advocate, Fulton McSwain, Jr. serves as a single point person to guide students through the university, medical, and criminal law systems by providing confidential, trauma-informed advocacy and support to students impacted by relationship violence.

Mandatory reporting requirement

All UNCSA employees who learn about potential sexual misconduct are required to share that information with the Title IX office. When reported conduct involves suspected abuse or neglect of a minor, the conduct is required to be reported to child protective services(opens in new tab).
