Upper Division Ages 11-18

The Upper Division is a rigorous training program dedicated to the success of serious dance students. Students working towards pre-professional or collegiate dance study have an immersive curriculum in classical ballet, contemporary, jazz, repertory, Progressing Ballet Technique and other conditioning modalities, pointe, and men’s technique.

Levels of study include Levels 4 and 5 of the ABT National Training Curriculum and the Advanced Training Program for high school students seeking a broader dance education with expanded opportunities in contemporary repertory, composition, and improvisation. Admission is by audition or by invitation upon completion of the Preparatory Dance Children’s Division.
