Collaboration Celebration: Not Just for Pianists!

Collaboration Celebration

October 24 & 25, 2026

The UNCSA Collaborative Piano Program is hosting a Collaboration Celebration: Not Just for Pianists! on Saturday, October 24, 2026 and Sunday, October 25, 2026. This event celebrates the 25th anniversary of the graduate program in collaborative piano at UNCSA.

Collaborative Piano Weekend invites prospective students to explore the art of making music together at the UNC School of the Arts. This free recruitment event offers an inside look at collaborative piano at UNCSA, with opportunities to observe rehearsals, attend a master class, learn about career paths of program alumni and the history of collaborative piano in the School of Music and connect with faculty, students and alumni. Discover how pianists and their musical partners bring performances to life while getting a feel for our creative community. The event culminates in the Collaboration Celebration showcase on Sunday afternoon.
