Deadlines & Payment Schedule

| Online application opens | November, 2026 | $50 non-refundable application fee. $200 deposit (payable after audition and acceptance) |
| Half Payment deadline | April 1 | Payment totaling 1/2 of the total due. Payment of 1/2 the total cost is due immediately for students registering between April 1 and May 1 |
| Registration deadline | May 1 | After this date call to determine availability |
| Payment in full deadline | May 31 | Payment in full due |
Admissions are conducted on a rolling basis until housing and program spots are full. It is likely that the program will fill before the registration deadline. Applying early is recommended. Please note that fees are subject to change. Emailed payment reminders will be sent ahead of payment deadlines. Summer Programs are not eligible to accept funds from 529s.
Cancellations
$200 non-refundable deposit due after acceptance: check or credit card. Students who have not paid the deposit will be marked as waitlisted until the deposit is paid.
Student withdrawal by May 1: Refund of half of the amount paid
Student withdrawal after May 1: No refunds
In the event a program is cancelled by UNCSA, payments will be refunded in full.
