Eligibility

Participation in the Summer Piano Intensive is open to students who are at least 12 years of age and a rising 7th grade student, and no older than 25 years of age at the start of the program. Communter and Residential applications are accepted.  Students 12 to 18 are housed in Artist Village. Students over 18 and one year removed from high school are housed in the Center Stage Apartments.

To apply for the Summer Piano Intensive, complete an application at this link being careful to select the desired option and submit all audition materials no later than May 10, 2024. Applicants with completed applications and audition requirements will receive a decision within 3 business days.

Audition Requirements

Applicants should submit videos of two contrasting works which best represent their playing, along with a short bio documenting their piano studies. Links to uploaded videos are preferred. Send all materials to shteinbergd@uncsa.edu
