Register Your Cell Phone & Email Address

Active students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to register their cell phone numbers and personal email addresses to receive UNCSA ALERT. These notifications provide direct updates to the campus, though there may be slight delays in delivery to individual devices.

You may opt-out of receiving emergency alerts to your personal devices; however, you cannot opt-out of receiving notifications to your @uncsa.edu or @artist.uncsa.edu email address or office phone line.

Employees will be prompted annually in July, and students will be prompted each semester (January and July) to update their contact information for emergency notifications in the E-Z Arts web portal.

If you need to update your contact information at any time during the year, please follow these steps:

1. Access the E-Z Arts web portal. Note: If prompted to log in, use your UNCSA credentials.
2. Select the Emergency Notification (UNCSA ALERT) tab to update contact information or opt-out of receiving alerts to your personal devices. 

Parents/Guardians, Vendors, Contractors, Community Members

You can register to receive UNCSA ALERT via the UNCSA's RAVE Mobile Safety webpage. You can add up to three mobile numbers, landline numbers, and email addresses. Follow these steps or download PDF instructions (opens in new tab).

First-time registration instructions:

1. Log into https://www.getrave.com/login/uncsa
2. Select the green Register button to create your account.
3. Complete online form, then select Proceed to Next Step button. Follow the screen prompts.

Managing your account

1. Log into https://www.getrave.com/login/uncsa
2. Select My Account tab to add or remove phone numbers and email addresses.

Deleting your account to stop receiving emergency notifications from UNCSA ALERT:

1. Log into https://www.getrave.com/login/uncsa
2. Select My Account tab.
3. Select the Edit button, then select the Delete Account button on the top right corner.
